Your First Visit
We want your first visit to be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We’ll begin by reviewing your dental health history forms, then giving you a soothing neck wrap and warm stone. Start to relax as we take x-rays and give you a thorough, tooth-by-tooth and gum tissue exam. Based on our findings, we’ll talk about your tooth and gum health and put together a plan for moving forward. You’ll leave our dental office soon after with a comprehensive treatment plan and one big step closer to full oral health.

Dental Insurance Welcome!
Elevate Dental is an in-network preferred premier provider with Delta Dental and we will submit claims to many other insurance carriers as well on our patients’ behalf. Our insurance experts will work to help you receive the maximum benefit from your dental insurance carrier. We submit electronically to insurance companies to expedite claims for payment and, upon request, offer pre-authorizations for treatment. At the time of service, expect to pay your deductible and/or estimated portion of treatment not covered by your insurance. After your insurance carrier remits payment, you will be responsible for the remaining balance on your account if any remains. Please feel free to call us with questions at any time.
Financing & Payment Options
We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Touchless pay options like Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay! We will file your insurance claim electronically in most cases. Please plan to pay your copay or deductible, or your bill in full, at your visit.
Patients have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges.
Care Credit offers affordable financing for qualified applicants so dentistry can fit virtually any budget. Upon approval, patients may choose from low and no-interest payment plans.
Appointment Reservations
Call our Colchester, VT dental office to schedule an appointment with Dr. Kristen or Dr. Mike. We are open Monday through Thursday from 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 3pm. While we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and cause you to miss your appointment, in these situations, we appreciate a courtesy call 48 hours in advance. Advance notice will allow us to offer your appointment time to a patient who needs immediate care.
